The Process of Team Building

i perform develops the entire team's success on two stages.

Firstly, we work with the participants to develop the skills required to effectively lead their teams - whether they are currently fulfilling a leadership role, or have the potential to do so. We work cooperatively with participants so they recognise the skills and attributes that are important in a leadership position. Through this process, they learn to recognise their own strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Secondly, we allow the participants to develop the tools required to create their own leadership style which they then adapt to specific situations. Each participant builds their own "personal development plan" to help ensure that behavioural changes occur following the training programme. This presents maximum benefit to the team leader, the team and the organisation.
