i perform's leadership training modules place the importance on personal enhancement in the interest of maximising effectiveness, primarily through time and project management. 

We focus on a number of essential performance skills which start with understanding leadership progression and the "trickle-down" effect of inefficiency at the top.  From there, we move on to issues of time management, and:
